Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, next time I'll stick with the sugaring paste since the brand she uses from Italy, (which is high quality) my skin reacted afterwards. Overall super friendly and highly recommend. If you have super sensitive skin like me just stick with the sugaring paste.
